Let's make it our best year
yet!!!
What: Also known as the "Dash of
Insanity" and the "Plunge for Life", swimmers brave the icy cold waters of Lake Ontario.
When: January 1, 2012
The swimmers will be "swimming" at 2 pm, but come early to register
and to enjoy food
and music!
Who: Anyone crazy enough to join us!
Where: Newcastle Waterfront, Mill St. S Why: To raise
awareness for the urgent need for organ and tissue donation AND
to raise money for the Sick Kids Foundation for research into
paediatric liver disease How: Take the Mill St. exit off
the 401 and follow it down to the waterfront. Parking is limited - choose our shuttle service instead!
Park in the commuter parking lot located at the Mill St. 401 exit and let us shuttle you to and
from the waterfront, courtesy of Pheonix Transportation. There will be
more shuttle lots available if needed - signs will be posted.
